These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all events organised by 港 Canto Club (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing a ticket and attending any 港 Canto Club event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Tickets & Entry

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated.

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and confirmation email.

All guests must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID may be required at entry.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

2. Refunds & Transfers

All ticket sales are are final and non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by emailing hello@cantoclub.com at least 24 hours before the event.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us or the venue, you will be entitled to a full refund or event credit.

3. Event Details & Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, entertainment, or catering as necessary.

In the unlikely event of changes, all reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees in advance.

4. Accessibility

Please note that Lucy Wong is not on ground level and does not have lift access or accessible toilets.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend contacting us in advance with any questions about accessibility.

5. Food, Drinks & Allergies

Each ticket includes canapé service; drinks are not included unless a drink voucher has been purchased as an add-on.

Guests are responsible for checking ingredient information and disclosing any severe allergies to staff on the night.

The venue and organiser cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Conduct & Safety

港 Canto Club promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees.

Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

Guests engaging in such behaviour may be removed without refund.

Please drink responsibly - intoxicated guests may be refused further service or entry.

Mahjong and other games are for casual entertainment only. No gambling or monetary play is permitted.

7. Photography & Media Consent

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and filmed.

Photos and videos may be used for 港 Canto Club’s social media, website, and promotional materials.

If you prefer not to appear in content, please let a member of staff know on arrival.

8. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

We accept no liability for personal injury unless caused by proven negligence.

The venue, Lucy Wong, operates under its own licences and policies, including responsible alcohol service.

9. Privacy & Data

Personal data collected during ticket purchase (e.g. name, email) is used solely for event communication and community updates.

We do not share or sell data to third parties.
