These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all events organised by, and products sold by, 港 Canto Club ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Events — Tickets & Entry
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date and time stated. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and/or confirmation email. All guests must be 18 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee acting in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.
2. Events — Refunds & Transfers
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by emailing hello@cantoclub.com at least 24 hours before the event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund or event credit.
3. Events — Changes & Accessibility
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, entertainment or format as necessary. We will make every effort to notify attendees of any significant changes in advance. Venue accessibility varies by location - please contact us in advance with any accessibility requirements or questions.
4. Events — Food, Drinks & Allergies
Where food or drinks are included, details will be stated on the event listing. Guests are responsible for disclosing any severe allergies to staff on the night. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Events — Conduct & Safety
港 Canto Club promotes a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Harassment, hate speech or discriminatory behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Guests engaging in such behaviour may be removed without refund. Please drink responsibly - intoxicated guests may be refused further service or entry. Where games or activities are provided, these are for casual entertainment only. No gambling or monetary play is permitted.
6. Products — Orders & Payment
All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.
7. Products — Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or cancel it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Products — Returns & Refunds
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 21 days of delivery. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds page.
9. Photography & Media Consent
Photos and videos will be taken at 港 Canto Club events for our social media, website and promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in content, please let us know on arrival.
10. Liability
Attendance at events and purchase of products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings at events. We accept no liability for personal injury unless caused by proven negligence.
11. Privacy & Data
Personal data collected during ticket purchase or product order (e.g. name, email, address) is used solely for order fulfilment, event communication and community updates. We do not share or sell data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
