Merchandise - Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered or colour preference. We'd recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If something's wrong with your order

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, contact us at hello@cantoclub.com within 21 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

We'll arrange a free reprint or a refund and you won't need to send the item back.

Please note:

  • If your order couldn't be delivered successfully, we can arrange a reprint (additional shipping charge applies) or a partial refund

  • For printed products, a tolerance of up to 0.5" in print placement is standard and won't be considered a defect

  • Canto Club is not responsible for orders where the wrong size or colour was selected at checkout
